![]() ![]() The main crux of my post dealt with a need for Chromebook support with the tracker, but to your point about the diary - no. Many do work on other devices, including Chromebooks. We are far removed from the days of people relying on Windows-PCs. ![]() I could handle those logistical issues easier if I could be allowed to work from a machine that is far from unpopular. I guess it all works out, but I'm trying to be ethical. Other times, it provides me with far more time than I worked. ![]() Today I logged nearly 3 hours of work, in total, but for some reason it didn't do any screenshots for nearly an hour, and although the timer said "1:45" for my last current session, it told me I only worked :50 for the entire day. Worst, the time tracker never correctly times me, anyway. Unfortunately, when I'm not at home, I can't work on it for I have no guaranteed of being paid. It stinks, because I truly enjoy doing the current long-standing contract I am working on through this site. I do most of my freelance work outside of the upwork site so I can't invest in a machine just to accomodate using a time tracker. I'm not going to lug around my old windows laptop when my chromebook is super light, super fast, and does everything I need. I work at home, in theory, but that really means I'm traveling to various meetings or camped in a library, etc. I do all of my freelance work - writing, history, and research - via a Chromebook. I hope it is soon, or at least someway of tracking time beyond being in a Windows/Mac/Linux machine. ![]()
